Payments and Payouts

Owners are charged for a walk after it is completed, using the card saved in the app. Walkers keep the majority of each walk's fee and can cash out their available balance to their payout account. Payments and payouts are handled by Stripe. For billing questions, email support@neighbark.com.

Walks and Safety

A walk starts when the owner and walker are confirmed to be together (by close-proximity detection or a short verification code) and ends when the walk is complete. If something goes wrong during a walk, contact the other person in the app first, and email support@neighbark.com if you need our help.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account any time from the Profile tab in the app ("Delete account"), or by emailing support@neighbark.com from your account's email address. Deletion is paused only while you have a walk in progress or unsettled money; resolve those first, then delete.
